LeanNav is a customer discovery and startup testing tool. By using LeanNav, you agree to use it responsibly and to treat its outputs as directional guidance, not professional, legal, financial, or investment advice.

1. What LeanNav Does

LeanNav helps users describe startup ideas, analyse problem signals, create synthetic customer perspectives, test value propositions, and prepare discovery summaries.

2. AI Outputs Are Directional

LeanNav uses AI and synthetic customer simulations. Outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, biased, or unsuitable for your specific situation. You are responsible for validating findings with real customers before making product, funding, hiring, or commercial decisions.

3. User Data

You are responsible for the information you enter. Do not paste personal customer data unless you have the right to do so. Anonymise notes before entering them into LeanNav.

4. No Sensitive Data

Do not enter health data, financial account data, government IDs, passwords, confidential third-party information, or sensitive personal data.

5. Accounts And Access

You are responsible for activity under your account. LeanNav may restrict or remove access during the pilot if the service is misused or if technical issues require it.

6. No Guarantees

LeanNav is provided for pilot testing. We do not guarantee uptime, accuracy, business outcomes, or that the service will always be available.
